Observation across four matches.
The report uses examples from four competitive fixtures to explain the player’s strengths, areas for improvement and training priorities.
What is included
Watching four matches helps James assess recurring actions rather than judge a player on one performance. The report explains what he observed, with examples and a plan for further development.
Four-game assessment
The assessment
The assessment considers the player’s position, the opposition and the demands of each match. It records technical, tactical, physical and psychological observations, supported by examples from the fixtures.

Positioning, awareness, decision-making and responses in transition.
Acceleration, repeated efforts and involvement in physical duels.
Concentration, response to mistakes and behaviour when the match changes.
How it works
You can use the report as a standalone assessment or to plan one-to-one and small-group training. The development plan sets out what to practise and when to review progress.
