A structured 12-week development plan.
Built from live match observation, targeted training and regular review. The work stays connected to what the player needs in their own game.
What the IDP Programme includes.
Many parents already invest in extra football training but have no written plan to guide it. This programme gives the player a clear focus, then reviews the work against what is happening in their own matches.
Parents receive a clear view of the work. Priorities are set around the player's position and match demands, then reviewed through observation, the written plan and scheduled progress meetings.
£999 Total Investment
Pay in full at £999 or spread the cost across three monthly instalments of £333. The suitability call is used to decide whether the programme matches the player's current needs.
Four Corner Assessment Model.
We evaluate technical, tactical, psychological and physical pillars to identify the 3 most impactful areas for immediate growth.
Primary focus / 01
The action and the picture around it
Weekly small-group work gives the player live technical pressure. The monthly 1:1 then deals with the position-specific detail we have seen in their game: the picture, the action and the part they keep finding difficult. We read that detail alongside their experience, environment and learning trajectory.
What the player works on
- 01First touch, receiving and execution under pressure
- 02Scanning, body orientation and role-specific decisions
- 03Conditioned practices that test match transfer
What we check next
Whether the agreed action is showing up more often in the game situations we watch at each four-week check.
Weeks 2–4
Give the first plan time, then go back to the game
The first training block includes one weekly small-group session, a position-specific 1:1 for the month, an individualised S&C programme and nutritional performance protocol. The player uses their training/reflection diary, then we return to watch a game at the end of Week 4.
Family receives
- 1 × weekly group session
- 1 × position-specific 1:1 p/month
- Training/reflection diary discussion
- Week-4 match observation + IDP rewrite
- Individualised S&C programme
- Nutritional Performance Protocol

Our Talent ID framework considers the Four Corner Model and the player's context. These selections start the conversation; they are not the final diagnosis.
