Technical actions
Receiving, turning, passing detail, ball striking, defending a duel or improving the speed and quality of execution.
Focused individual coaching for players aged 10–21 who need to work directly on a technical action, position-specific decision or match habit that keeps showing up in their game.
Individual Attention
A private session gives the player uninterrupted coaching time around the part of their game that matters now. It is practical: understand the action, rehearse it under the right pressure and leave with a clear focus to take back into training and matches.
Receiving, turning, passing detail, ball striking, defending a duel or improving the speed and quality of execution.
What a centre-back, midfield player, winger or forward needs to notice and decide in the pictures that matter in their position.
Direct feedback and a small amount of individual work that gives the player a sensible focus between sessions.
The Session
Sessions are shaped around the player's current football. The coaching should make sense when the game speeds up, not just when a player is unopposed in a queue.
For Parents
A player should understand what they are working on and why it relates to their football. You should be able to see the purpose of the session rather than a collection of unrelated drills.
Private coaching is one part of a player's week. It works best alongside club football, honest reflection and the player's own willingness to practise. It cannot guarantee a trial, selection decision or a future pathway.
